SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A room full of exhausted humans is staring at screens flashing images at 100mph, frantically hitting ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ buttons like they are playing the world’s fastest, saddest arcade game. The hum of computer servers has been replaced by the sound of 400 people aggressively clicking mouses in a dark basement.

“We optimized the workflow by removing the ‘thinking’ part,” said Brad Velocity, VP of Human Throughput. “Rapidata shortens AI model development cycles from months to days with near real-time RLHF. It turns out, if you don’t let people read the question, they answer much faster.”

“Quality is actually up because nobody has time to doubt themselves,” explained Linda Speed, Director of Clicks. “We just show them a picture of a cat for 0.04 seconds. If they smile, it’s a cat. If they scream, it’s a hallucination.” At the back of the room, an employee named Dave was seen taping his left index finger to a popsicle stick to maintain structural integrity.

At press time, the company removed the ‘No’ button to streamline the approval process to 100%.
