DETROIT, Mich. — Arthur Wigglesworth was enjoying a silent drive in a tweed cap, pretending it was 1923. Suddenly, an invisible AI voice screamed "RECALCULATING" from the solid mahogany dashboard. Startled by the ghost living in the wood trim, Wigglesworth swerved his pristine Model 01 directly into a decorative hedge.

"We removed screens because looking at things is dangerous," said Marcus Sterling, VP of Vibes. "It is much safer to have a robot yell at you from the glovebox while you try to relax." Olympian Motors builds these cars for people who want the cool look of a vintage ride but still need a computer to tell them how to drive to the grocery store.

"Since there are no buttons, you simply shout at the dashboard," explained Sarah Loudly, Director of Noise. "If the car does not hear you, it automatically locks the doors to keep you safe." One early tester was seen yelling "climate control" at a piece of walnut trim for forty minutes before finally rolling down the window by hand.

At press time, Wigglesworth was seen trying to crank-start the engine while the dashboard mocked his parallel parking skills.
