“We made a critical error asking fans to share movie quotes,” admitted Brad Neutrality, VP of Brand Safety. “We expected people to quote the funny snowman or the singing crab. Instead, they started posting lines from Star Wars about resisting tyranny and fighting fascism. Disney has a strict policy against taking sides in the battle between good and evil. The situation worsened when users began quoting The Hunchback of Notre Dame. “It turns out that movie is explicitly about sanctuary and justice,” explained Sarah Silence, Director of PR, while nervously shredding a DVD. “We are now auditing our entire back catalog.
